A Behavioral Strategist & Educator
I combine classical pedagogy and ABA/RBT methodologies to design secure, high-engagement digital ecosystems. Oriented toward game-based educational methods, I have applied these skills since 2022 as a community specialist and moderator on Twitch.
I analyze group dynamics in live media, optimizing governance and successfully managing up to 20 channels simultaneously. I implement concrete behavioral strategies to protect, retain, and add value to online communities.
Summer 2025 marked a turning point: after a forced hiatus of more than a year from Twitch, I returned with a defined program scope and milestones that I successfully presented and demonstrated. Within days of my return, I became a community mod support member within the Twitch Mod Club. Since then, I have further refined my strategies, testing them at an international EMEA level.
Currently, I have completed a short training in project management and manage the workflow of a small independent developer team to build a website dedicated to co-working & studying, a strategic choice backed by verified market analysis.
